Elemental Outdoors provides outdoor adventure activities, including mountain biking, rock climbing, and guided walks. By participating in an adventure with Elemental Outdoors, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to release Elemental Outdoors from any liability for injuries or damages. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions and guidance of the guides and instructors at all times. Elemental Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an adventure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Here is a list of terms and conditions for Elemental Outdoors:
- Participants must be in good physical condition and able to participate in the adventure.
- Participants must have the necessary and working clothing and equipment as specified by Elemental Outdoors. Elemental outdoors reservice the right to cancel an activity due to any client not having appropriate clothing, food or water for the activity on safety grounds.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate at the time of booking.
- Elemental Outdoors is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the adventure.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions and guidance of the guides and instructors at all times.
- By participating in an adventure with Elemental Outdoors, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to release Elemental Outdoors from any liability for injuries or damages.
- Elemental Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an adventure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Elemental outdoors reserved the right to dictate venue choice on the day of activity based on safety, weather, meeting location, client fitness, client ability, client clothing, instructor preference, weather, access or any other reason regardless of any venue requests.
- In the event of a client cancellation, please refer to our cancelation policy. Elemental outdoors reserves the right to deduct money based on ethical grounds to cover costs including staffing, administrative work or reconnaissance. Elemental outdoors also reserve the right to deduct money from refunds based on the cancellation policy on our website.

Child Protection

Cancellation
Policy
At Elemental Outdoors, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent you from participating in your planned activity. In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we may accommodate other clients. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For activities that require extensive administration or reconnaissance prior to the activity date, a fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the activity date. For all other cancellations, the following policy will apply:
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the activity date will not receive a refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the activity date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the activity date will receive a full refund.
In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Elemental Outdoors reserves the right to reschedule the activity or provide an alternative activity. If this is not possible or acceptable to you, a full refund will be provided.
Please note that this cancellation policy may be subject to change for private and custom bookings. The policy in effect at the time of booking will be honored.
We recommend that you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.
Elemental Outdoors reserve the right to cancel a booking on the day with no refund if a client does not have the required equipment as per our equipment list ; or has filled in a booking form incorrectly
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we are unable to provide staff, if we are unable to fulfil your booking we will provide a full refund

Complaints
Procedure
At Elemental Outdoors, we are committed to providing high quality products and services and to ensuring that all of our customers are satisfied. However, we recognize that there may be times when things do not go as planned, and we welcome the opportunity to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
